Where can I find bike geometry and sizing advice?

Each of the bikes in our range has geometry charts and sizing advice on the bike product page of this website.

We also have a page with pictures and sizing from real riders with info about what fit worked for them and why. You'll find that here.

How do I buy a bike on the Cycle to Work Scheme?

We're happy to accept cycle to work scheme vouchers. To find out how you can save through your employer click here.

We are part of the Cyclescheme system. Our Cyclescheme code is "plane004".

Shipping: Where do you ship to? How much does it cost?

We ship to over 120 countries worldwide. Shipping to a UK address is free! International shipping rates depend on the weight of the item being shipped and the destination. For a complete list of shipping rates and the countries we ship to, please click here.

Where's my order? How long is delivery?

Once despatched please allow 2-3 days for delivery of general orders in the UK and a couple of days longer if you're in Europe. If you're further afield plese allow 7 working days for your delivery to arrive. If your order has taken longer than a week, please contact us.

If you are purchasing a complete bike your order will remain in the build queue until our mechanics pick the relevant components and put your bike together. During busy periods the size of the build queue can increase significantly. Feel free to contact us if you'd like more info on how long it will currently take us to build your bike. Alternatively for and extra £70 charge you can take advantage of our express bike build option. Contact us by phone or email to request express bike build.

Do you have a showroom?

We now have a showroom that is currently open Monday to Saturday between 10am - 5pm. Please note that it is a showroom, not a shop and it is still much easier and faster to place your order online. Click here for directions on where to find us.

I live locally, can I collect my order from the Rotherham warehouse?

Yes you can. There's an option in the checkout to do this and you won't get charged a shipping fee. When your order is ready to collect, you'll get a call from the guys at the warehouse. Please make sure you are able to 'Collect from Warehouse' before selecting this option.

Can I order over the phone?

Yes you can. Please try to place your order on the website first, but if you have problems then by all means give us a call on 01709 38 66 66.

Can you "do me a special deal"?

We make every effort to keep our prices as low as possible. We can't reduce our prices unless you plan to buy in big bulk.

Can I pre-order an item?

Available pre-orders are listed on our site. However out of stock items cannot be reserved but you can sign up to our newsletter and we will inform you when new items come into stock.

What do I have to do to get my bike ready to ride?

If you're in the UK, your bike will arrive assembled with the bars turned down and flat against the frame for safe packing. Our bikes don't include pedals, so if you've ordered some of those, you'll need to fit them too.The video below may help too.

Why are On-One so cheap?

We are a direct sales website bringing top quality products to you direct for less. By cutting out the middleman and making a lot of our frames and components ourselves we are able to stay cheaper than most of our competitors.
